How is a person coached?

Our coaching starts with the first session dedicated to information gathering so that we can really get a feel for what it is you want to achieve from our coaching sessions. Coaching is not counselling as we don't tend to look back at the past, instead it's the future we are more interested in. .

Once the coaching relationship has begun, we schedule the following sessions to take place either face to face or via the telephone; depending on location. These are typically 1 week apart. However, if it is more convenient for the client, this can be done fortnightly. At all times it is the client that determines the agenda for the call.

For coaching to be successful, there has to be continuous commitment from both sides. For this reason a coaching agreement will be sent out to you by post so that it can be signed and returned prior to commencing. Please note that we also expect payment for ongoing coaching to be paid in advance.
