The type of people I work with are very ambitious and dynamic, wishing to take control of their working lives. They are wanting a working life that's right for them and their lifestyle. This could be in adopting a portfolio career, growing their existing businesses, becoming self employed or seeking advancement within their chosen career path.
I am a certified and accredited Coach with an established coaching practice based in Darlington, County Durham. My own career has taken many different turns, having had careers within the Womens Royal Navy, the Telecommunication Industry, as a freelance IT Consultant and now as a Business and career coach.
Within my coaching practice today,I draw upon this business experience and added to this is the real apreciation of running a business in today's climate. It is the combination of my coaching approach teamed with sound business skills that my clients from smaller companies and start-ups find particularly effective.
